中国人民政治协商会议第十四届全国委员会第三次会议于 3 月 4 日至 10 日在北京召开。王沪宁代表政协第十四届全国委员会常务委员会，向大会报告工作。
会议通过了政协第十四届全国委员会第三次会议关于常务委员会工作报告的决议、政协第十四届全国委员会第三次会议关于政协十四届二次会议以来提案工作情况报告的决议、政协第十四届全国委员会提案委员会关于政协十四届三次会议提案审查情况的报告、政协第十四届全国委员会第三次会议政治决议。
中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平 6 日下午看望了参加全国政协十四届三次会议的民盟、民进、教育界委员，并参加联组会，听取意见和建议。他强调，新时代新征程，必须深刻把握中国式现代化对教育、科技、人才的需求，强化教育对科技和人才的支撑作用，进一步形成人才辈出、人尽其才、才尽其用的生动局面。
The Third Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee was convened in Beijing from March 4 to 10. On behalf of the Standing Committee of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, Wang Huning delivered a work report to the session.
The session adopted the resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee by the Third Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, the resolution on the report of the work concerning proposals since the Second Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee by the Third Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, the report on the review of proposals submitted by the Third Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee by the 14th CPPCC National Committee's proposal handling committee, and the political resolution of the Third Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee.
On the afternoon of March 6, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, visited members of the China Democratic League, China Association for Promoting Democracy, and education sector who were attending the Third Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee. He participated in a joint group meeting to listen to their opinions and suggestions. Xi called for a deep understanding of the needs of Chinese modernization for education, science and technology, and talent on the new journey of the new era. He also stressed strengthening the role of education in supporting scientific and technological advancement as well as talent development, further creating a dynamic environment where talents emerge in large numbers and can fully realize their potential.
